Our meatballs are made entirely from locally-sourced and grass fed pork and beef; the only other additions being herbs & spices, onions, garlic, local eggs & almond meal (so yes, they’re grain-free too!). Tossed in a scratch-made Hawaiian barbecue sauce along with roasted bell peppers, onions & pineapple. This is a great low-carb, high protein meal on it’s own, or serve it with brown rice to stretch the meal further & include whole grains!
