Fasolakia & Sausage
This meal smells and tastes so delicious. Fasolakia, “Greek Green Beans”, is simply slow-steamed green beans, prepared over potatoes, herbs, tomatoes, onion & a healthy amount of olive oil. Topped with plenty of feta cheese. I added sausage to round out the meal and give it a little more of a kick. It tastes like comfort food and summer at the same time.
