Grilled chicken thighs coated with a rich mix of warming, Middle Eastern spices. Served with red onion, bell peppers, quinoa, Kalamata olives & feta cheese (not pictured in the version here, but included in the dish!) To serve, dollop with yogurt and pour into a wrap or mix it all up for a shawarma bowl! All my kids like this, and it’s healthy, which makes it a big win.
